Beech Cottage is located in the heart of the Test Valley. This extension and renovation transforms an old farm workers cottage, which had sadly fallen into a state of disrepair, into a modern family home, filled with light, space and views of the surrounding countryside.

The design utilised the traditional vernacular of the area, showcasing playful brickwork and gentle timber cladding that ensures the single storey extension and the bedroom extension above, sit harmoniously against the existing house and within the surrounding area.
