Complete overhaul of existing property, including garage conversion, new dormers, rear open plan extension and internal modifications.

The brief was very clear, that much needed additional internal area must be created whilst maximising the amount of natural light. Although already sold as a 4 bed property the internal rooms were modest in scale with small punched windows.

With views towards the Meon Valley the increased area of glazing has maximised the views with the home now benefiting from a significant amount of increased natural light.
